LB Ventures LLC is a U.S. based company founded in 2021 and with BPO experiences dating back to 1986. Our goal and purpose is to help clients make better BPO sourcing decisions to drive longer term and more meaningful relationships with improved outcomes.
Led by John Maczynski, an industry veteran and pioneer, LB Ventures is named after John’s eldest son (Luke Barrett) who hates his middle name but is happy to be part of his dad’s success.

John Maczynski’s executive experience in the BPO industry spans four decades and includes 20 years with the largest global BPO, plus as CRO with a leader in BPO managed services and site implementations, and also with an early days industry leader and pioneer, and finally as a client outsourcing to eighteen BPO partners.
John has outsourced and operated business across the customer lifecycle and has led the outsourcing efforts for industry leaders from across the globe.
John uses a consultative approach to combat the “one size fits all” standard often seen in the BPO space. He is seen as a thought leader, industry expert and client advocate.
Having administered and responded to hundreds of BPO RFPs and selection processes, John understands how to tell meaningful differences between companies and focuses on the things that help his clients make thoughtful decisions on suppliers who are the right fit for their needs.
